UPDATE JANUARY 2008 -- blazePDF is dead
I have stopped development on blazePDF due to lack of time to devote to the project. However, I know that blazePDF is still a useful component -- as demonstrated by the many really cool applications users have shown me. Therefore, I will keep the purchase option available for a while, but can not provide support beyond a simple email here or there. The MXP will install a full API reference into the Flash IDE, and a link to download a ZIP file with support FLAs is included should you purchase the component.

The blazePDF component is a PDF generating component for Macromedia Flash™. The component allows developers to create PDF documents at run-time using simple drawing API methods without the need for installation of plug-ins, print drivers, or other third-party software.
Version 2.0 of the blazePDF Standard component is now available. Version 2.0 adds embedding on-stage and in-library MovieClips as bitmaps in the PDF, UI enhancements to the component, and other functionality enhancements. Additional existing functionality includes embedding pre-processed external JPEG images, variable transparency for text, graphics, and images, and several additions to the built-in drawing API to accomodate easier graphic creation.
